Description:
Boston magazine is currently seeking an assistant digital editor to join our digital editorial team. This position will play a key role in executing a variety of digital editorial content across multiple platforms.??
Responsibilities: This position is responsible for writing, editing, uploading, and promoting daily content for bostonmagazine.com by working with staff members and freelancers.??
Specific responsibilities include: ??
-Collaborate with staff members and freelancers to produce daily digital content, including blog posts, newsletter content, and social media posts;?
-Oversee the print-to-web process for Boston magazine, Boston Home, and Boston Weddings;
?-Write and maintain database listings;?
-Assist with digital internship program;?
-Contribute to content promotion and special projects as needed.??

Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in journalism or related field required;?
-Experience producing digital and social media content required;?
-Working knowledge of HTML, WordPress, Photoshop, and InDesign highly preferred.
